About
Anvil Management Group is a management consulting company based in California’s Silicon Valley. Established in 2021, Anvil Management Group clients include several residential care facilities (including community care facilities for children, adult residential facilities and residential care facilities for the elderly), as well as healthcare training and continuing education programs, just to name a few.
Mission
Our mission is to provide management consulting services, training, and support to entities that provide care for vulnerable and underserved people, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs), as well as provide educational opportunities for those that serve them.
WHAT WE MANAGE
Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
An Adult Residential Facility (ARF) and Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) are non-medical facilities that provide 24-hour care and supervision in a home environment. An ARF is a staff-operated facility for adults 18-59 years of age, whereas an RCFE is a staff-operated facility for older adults 60 years of age and above. These facilities specifically serve people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing care and supervision for individuals with severe deficits in self-help skills, physical coordination, and/or disruptive or self-injurious behaviors. The maximum capacity for these homes is 6 persons or less.
Our clients include several residential care facilities for children, adults and the elderly in Santa Clara and Monterey Counties. These facilities are certified by the California Department of Developmental Services and licensed by the California Department of Social Services.
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Training Program
This program is designed for students interested in a career in nursing. Completion of the Nurse Assistant Training Program confers eligibility to take the State exam and become a certified nurse assistant (CNA). Becoming a CNA can lead to a rewarding career, as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare settings employ CNAs. It can also be a starting point to higher healthcare positions, as CNA certification is highly recommended for entrance into the Associate Degree in Nursing Program and is required for the Vocational Nursing Program.
The course content includes fundamental procedures to meet the basic needs of patients, gathering data about the patients, communicating appropriately and other content required by State regulations for nurse assistant certification.
The clinical skills portion of the course includes skills required for nurse assistant certification such as fundamental procedures to meet basic human needs, gathering data about the patient and communicating appropriately.
We currently manage a CNA training program in San Jose, California. Our school is approved by the California Department of Public Health and the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education.
